Best Friend Dates

Not all friends last forever, but the memories do. It's a great feeling when you make friends with someone new, but when you find a best friend - your mission is complete. Someone to mess around with, someone to explore with and most of all someone who no matter what, will stick by you wherever and whenever you need it. The great thing about a true best friend, is how ever many times you fall our or argue, the friendship is endless and after all you'll support each other.

So why not take some time to make an effort and let them know how much they mean to you.

Remember - actions speak louder than words!

  1. The Ultimate Sleepover Party: Have ready all your best friends favourite films, music and food and if there's more than 2 of you, a classic game of truth or dare or a girly pamper sesh usually gets everyone  in the mood!
  2. Cinema Date: Pick a film, and make a day of it, have lunch at your favourite cafe, do some shopping, and then back to yours for another film!
  3. Pampering Day: Book yourselves a spot at the nail salon and hairdressers after popping in to a local beauty counter for a free makeover!
  4. Tea Party: Grab a group of your best friends, a pretty tablecloth and tea and cake! Sorted! And if it's good weather, have it outside!
  5. Take a Trip Out: Whether it's an attraction park or the nearest zoo - everybody loves a good day out!
  6. Picnic: Find the biggest park around and pick the nicest corner half under a tree, fill a basket with your friend's favourite snacks and you're set!
  7. Pizza in the Park: Order a few pizzas and drinks on a summer evening and lie in a park until midnight stargazing.
  8. Takeaway Night: Whether it's Chinese or Indian, Pizza or chips, pig out for the night watching endless episodes of your favourite TV show.

October #FMSphotoaday

As if it's almost October! Whaaaaat?!?! So as you may or may not know, most likely the latter option, I like to plan ahead and be organised however, I have been crowned 'Queen of Procrastination' as often I will have a plan or an idea and when it comes to that time I will have changed plans or decided that it is too much effort. Although, this academic year, I am going to try my ultimate best to be organised, stick to plans and get things done. Come along - join me in my first step to being more organised...

I have promised myself I will complete the October #FMSphotoaday and if not I will have to kick myself as really it isn't that hard but I always struggle to find something to snap ;)

I WILL DO THIS. I WILL DO THIS. I WILL DO THIS.

But for now, in the time I have left before this starts, I am going to prepare myself with a little more easy-going and fun approach to a photo challenge.

Yes, I am a little late to start this but oh well! Better late then never, huh?!?!
I'f love for some of you to join me and maybe post some of your snaps below or link me to your blog and I will pop on over to see what it's all about!

Toodle-pip my lovelies!
